Not every old tattoo hides in one go: dark, solid ink often needs a few laser lightening sessions first, and pretending otherwise is how people end up with a muddy cover. At our Barcelona studio Sergey designs the new piece, using realism and black-and-grey to work with the old shapes rather than against them, and Alexey handles lightening when the old ink is too dark to cover directly. We will tell you at the consultation whether your tattoo can be covered straight away, needs lightening first, or would be better reworked into a different design. Bring a clear photo of the existing tattoo on WhatsApp and we can give you a realistic plan before you come in. Single-use needles, sealed equipment and English aftercare as standard. Cover-ups are quoted after the consultation; lightening, if needed, is priced separately.
