Dragon Tattoos

Custom dragon tattoos in Barcelona and Berlin, in Japanese, blackwork and fine line.
Dragon tattoos, drawn around your idea
Тату-салон в Москве

The dragon is one of the most requested tattoos for a reason: it carries meaning, it scales from a small forearm piece to a full back, and it fits several styles. In the Japanese tradition the dragon stands for strength and protection and is built with flowing wind-and-water backgrounds, which is Anton's specialism at our studios. Western and tribal dragons read bolder and more graphic, and work well in blackwork. A dragon also rewards planning: drawn well it can start on the forearm and later grow into a sleeve. Bring your reference and we draw a custom design around your idea, in Japanese or blackwork. Send it on WhatsApp for a quote.

Frequently asked questions
How is a studio different from a private artist?
A studio means sterile conditions, certified artists, named portfolios and accountability. During healing, keep the tattoo moisturised so the scab stays soft and does not crack, and never pick or scratch it until it heals on its own.
What does a dragon tattoo mean?
In Japanese and East Asian tradition the dragon symbolises strength, wisdom and protection, a benevolent force rather than a threat. Western dragons lean more toward power and danger. The meaning shifts with the style and the details, and we help you choose elements that fit what you want it to say.
How big should a dragon tattoo be?
Dragons suit medium to large placements because the detail and the flowing shape need room. A forearm, calf, thigh or back works well; very small dragons lose the detail that makes them. We can plan one to grow into a sleeve later.
Do your artists speak English?
Yes. English is the working language at our Barcelona and Berlin studios, and we also speak Spanish and Russian. Your consultation, sketch approval and aftercare all happen in your language.
Can the price change after the quote?
No. The price we quote for your tattoo does not change.
What inks and materials do you use?
Professional American inks and single-use, sealed equipment.
Can I come in drunk?
No.
How do I care for a new tattoo?
Your artist explains it in full and gives you written aftercare instructions.
